Former FARC-EP Commander On The Peace Agreements

It’s been almost 5 years since the Colombian government signed peace accords with the former rebel army of the FARC-EP and the situation seems to be deteriorating with social leaders being killed and violence escalating especially in rural areas. We spoke with former FARC-EP commander Pablo Atrato on the peace accords.
